Sometimes lessons can be dry and unmotivating; they can be very serious without providing a foundation from which a musician can truly blossom. In order to resolve this, Seeds of Music places the joy of music above all else as the means for both enrichment and musical mastery.

We believe music education is about amplifying each student’s unique love for music and providing them with tools to nurture it so it will continue to grow throughout their lives. This means learning what students already enjoy, introducing them to new sounds, and providing inspiring opportunities to play and perform with others, all while working at a pace that pushes them but not so much that it turns learning into a chore. We encourage good reading skills, a strong understanding of music theory, and a well-rounded appreciation of music.

Teacher owned and operated, Seeds of Music strives to create the best possible space for music teachers to do their work and deliver the most fluid experience for their students. This means providing them with every possible convenience and reliable tools of the trade. Our independent teachers are in charge of their curriculum, schedules, and rates without being bogged down by disproportion music studio fees. How about that? Music teachers earning a living wage!
