An exceptionally active Bay Area musician and virtuosic guitarist.
Justin is a music teacher located in Pleasanton, CA with nearly two decades of teaching experience, 14 years of music school management and 11 years of professional touring and performing live. Appeared on over 8 studio album recordings with tour experience across Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America. His current bands are Warscythe, Splattered and Vile. Justin specializes in heavier music, including all forms of metal, but is also very knowledgeable in the rock and blues genres.

“My goal as a teacher is to inspire, instill discipline, help you reach your fullest potential and become the best musician you envision yourself to be. With 18+ years of teaching experience, i’m not here to ‘wow’ you with technical terms, but rather decode music theory in a practical and understandable way that even the youngest of my students can enjoy. I live for the ‘A-HA!’ and lightbulb moments when students grasp these concepts on guitar just as i first did, which unlocked a world of endless possibilities.
